How do I book an appointment?

What are your clinic hours?
Monday, Thursday, Friday 10:00–19:00 · Tuesday 10:00–20:00 · Saturday 10:00–15:00. The clinic is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Public holiday hours can vary — confirm on WhatsApp.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
It depends on availability that day. Message us on WhatsApp and our team will let you know the earliest open time slot.
I need to reschedule — what should I do?
Send us a message on WhatsApp as soon as you know, and we'll help you find a new time that works.

Do I need a consultation before any treatment?
Yes. Every visit starts with an assessment of your skin, history, and goals before any procedure is recommended — we don't default to a fixed package.
Will I actually meet Dr. Kwon?
Yes — care at Seoul Skin Dermatology is doctor-led, so your consultation and treatment planning involve Dr. Hyun Jung Kwon directly.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That's what the consultation is for — your treatment plan is built around your specific skin condition and goals, not a generic recommendation.
International Patients
I don't live in Korea — can I still book?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp ahead of your trip to Seoul so we can help plan your visit and answer questions before you arrive.
Is English support available throughout my visit?
Yes — English-speaking consultation support is available for international patients, from your first WhatsApp message through your visit.
